First announcement of the Owners' Association (Asociación de Vecinos)

Details of the announcement

We received this announcement from the Owners' Association on 30/09/2022 at 13:11pm.
It was sent to me personally by Juan García, the association president.
Some parts were removed as they didn't adjust to our policy of impartiality.
Note: sometimes the site administrator is referred to as the "Director".
Below is a translation of the original message, which was in Spanish.

Content

We keep getting requests to prevent another group from forming and a division taking place.
Of course, we don't want to fall apart, which is why we serve all owners, even when they're not associated with our group, and we try to explain our objective (standing up for the Campsite, where quality, security and safety are concerned, and paying what is fair), and we accept the Internal Administrative Regulation (formerly the Statute) as foundation, being aware that there are many abnormalities [REDACTED].
We are not going to stop or change the way we fight, just because there are owners who have second storeys or roof terraces which they don't want to remove, as was agreed at the May 25th owners Meeting.
I insist, we'll deal with all issues people bring up, privately, we'll take necessary legal action, we'll try to find solutions, and constructive suggestions will be shared with the group.
The worst thing that could happen is that we fall apart because of people's personal motives.
We have to be united in order to defend our best interest as a collective [REDACTED].
The Director, EACH AND EVERYONE OF US, we have to band together, to defend the Campsite, with our Legal Advisors besides us, to whom we will relate the issues as they arise.
We will also share this message with our foreign friends.
