On 25/10/2022 all campsite residents - owners and renters alike - were notified that they would have to re-register their vehicles' number plates.
This could be done by simply telling reception your car's registration and the parcela you live on.
Then, on 26/10/2022 some people were being asked to show their ID when registering their car.
On 27/10/2022 certain people were issued a form in Spanish, asking them for several of their personal details, as well as whether or not they rent their plot out.
The reason reception went through this sudden, unexpected change is that they want to use this opportunity to update the residents' personal files and get everyone's up-to-date email addresses and phone numbers.

Don't worry if you don't have the form - all you have to provide reception with is:
